As Head of Mission, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning and the development of the mission. As Administrative and Financial Coordinator, you will be accountable for the sound financial, accounting and budgetary management of the mission as well as the management of human resources and the administrative and legal records. You will be the financial, administrative and HR representative for the mission, both internally and externally (donors, authorities, NGOs, etc.). For this purpose, you will be responsible for : Financial, budgetary and accounting management: You will be responsible for all aspects relating to finance, including budgetary and accounting elements, as well as the mission cash flow. Management of human resources: You will be responsible for the administrative management of the local and international teams, for the definition/updating of procedures and HR management tools in accordance with labor regulations in the intervention country and the HR policies of PUI, and for the monitoring of risks linked to HR questions. Administrative and legal management: You will supervise administrative records and guarantee that the status and functioning of the mission are in legal accordance with the requirements of the intervention country. Representation: You will represent the association in its relations with partners, authorities and different local players for the financial, administrative, legal and human resources areas of the mission. You will be proactive in the development of PUI's inter-NGO financial network (administrative, financial, legal, HR, etc.). Coordination: You will centralize and diffuse information within the mission and to headquarters for all financial, administrative, legal and human resources aspects of the mission, and consolidate the internal and external reporting for these domains.

As Audit Manager, under the responsibility of the Head of Mission, you will be responsible for providing insurance to the organization on the degree of control of its operations. You will be in charge of initiating, coordinating and following up on risk reducing measures linked to the non-compliance with PUI’s internal procedures, donor guidelines and the local legislation. As such, you will be responsible for creating an environment of continuous learning and improvement by providing recommendations based on assessments and evaluations of PUI’s documentation and internal processes. Thus, you will work closely with the coordinators of the different departments, both for the identification of shortcomings and for the corrective measures to be put in place. You will be in charge for monitoring the quality and timely implementation of those recommendations. You will also be responsible for coordinating the preparation and follow-up of external audits in agreement with the supporting departments. For this purpose, you will be responsible for : Internal audit: You will carry out regular, random or targeted checks to ensure compliance with the PUI procedures. You will organize and coordinate the implementation of measures if necessary to ensure that the organization’s goals and objectives are met. External audit: You will coordinate the preparation and conduct of external audits in coordination with the departments concerned of the mission and at HQ. Recommendation follow-up : You will ensure the implementation of internal and external recommendations. En tant que Référent.e Interventions Monétaires, vous serez en charge de l’accompagnement technique et stratégique des missions sur le volet Interventions Monétaires, sous la supervision du Responsable du Service Technique et Capitalisation. Vous partagerez vos activités entre les visites sur les missions dont vous aurez la charge et le siège (40% mission – 60% siège). A cet effet, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : Stratégie Interventions Monétaires siège et pays : Vous participerez à la mise en place et à l’actualisation du cadre d’intervention sur les Interventions Monétaires en fonction de l’évolution du portefeuille de projets, à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la programmation du Service Technique et Capitalisation du Siège en lien avec la stratégie pluriannuelle de l’organisation. Vous assurerez également le respect du cadre d’intervention sur les Interventions Monétaires de l’Association, vous renforcerez les guides techniques sur le relèvement précoce et notamment la relance économique et proposerez des méthodologies de mise en œuvre. Vous appuierez les référents techniques Santé, SANME et EHA sur les thématiques et les projets incluant des transferts monétaires. As Deputy Field Coordinator for Programs, you will be responsible for monitoring the effective implementation of the program at the base level and for monitoring PUI's contractual obligations and reporting. You will also be responsible for representing PUI on programmatic issues to other humanitarian actors and to technical and administrative state authorities at the local level. For this purpose, you will be responsible for : Strategic Development, follow-up of operations and reporting: You will coordinate the project teams through the program managers and ensure the proper implementation of the operational and qualitative aspects of the programs (objectives monitoring, respect of deadlines and budgetary deadlines, quality control, team synergy in accordance with the contractual documents and in compliance with PUI policies and procedures. You will ensure that contractual obligations are respected and coordinate the writing of reports. You will ensure that the programs developed are in line with PUI's mandate and strategy and will propose new interventions according to the evolution of the humanitarian situation in the region. MEAL: You will coordinate the MEAL department and ensure the implementation of the activities of this department as well as the interactions with the programs and the design of relevant tools. Representation: You will participate in technical forums (working groups) at the local level in collaboration with the project leaders. Además, el Oficial APS apoya la planificación y el diseño de las sesiones de grupo siguiendo las normas internacionales y las directrices de la organización bajo la supervisión técnica del Gerente de Actividades en Salud Mental y Apoyo Psicosocial (SMAPS). Para ello, sus responsabilidades serán las siguientes: Asegurar la implementación cualitativa de servicios de apoyo psicosocial. Facilitar sesiones de apoyo psicosocial para fortalecer los vínculos comunitarios y familiares. Vincular a las personas necesitadas con los servicios disponibles más apropiados. Como psicólogo/a, trabaja desarrollando actividades de apoyo psicosocial destinadas a los beneficiarios indicados dentro de la zona de captación de Primera Urgencia Internacional (PUI). El psicólogo proporciona apoyo emocional de emergencia, en colaboración con los equipos psicosociales. El psicólogo es responsable de la identificación de personas con problemas psicológicos, proporciona primeros auxilios psicológicos y apoyo emocional de una manera sensible al trauma y adaptada al contexto de emergencia. Presta atención a los más vulnerables u apoya las actividades para los niños, cuando necesario. El psicólogo sigue las recomendaciones internacionales y buenas prácticas de Salud Mental y Apoyo Psico-Social (SMAPS) en el contexto humanitario, las SOPs y el Marco de Intervención en SMAPS de PUI.
