The Grants - Reporting and Development - positions at Première Urgence Internationale play a central role in the management and transparency of funding allocated to humanitarian projects. These profiles are responsible for ensuring that calls for proposals comply with donor requirements and contractual obligations, and are respected throughout projects, while accurately reflecting the impact of programs in the field.

The head office team, made up of people in charge of monitoring projects and contracts, work in close collaboration with the program, logistics and finance teams. Their main mission is to ensure that responses to calls for proposals and the development of projects comply with obligations and meet the needs of the people we support. They verify the implementation capacities of teams, that documents are coherent and relevant, and that projects are well documented. They play a key role in the preparation, drafting and submission of project development and periodic reports required by donors, while ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational information. The head office teams also act as technical advisors to the field Grants officers, monitoring them, answering their questions and providing day-to-day support as required.

In the field, Grants officers coordinate data collection for project development and reporting, and ensures communication between operational teams and headquarters. They are responsible for compiling information from the various operational bases, analyzing project results and formatting reports. These profiles also contribute to the mission’s internal and external communications, in order to promote Première Urgence Internationale’s activities in the country.

The Grants team also rigorously monitors contractual obligations and reporting deadlines, maintaining fluid communication n with donors. Their work ensures not only that projects comply with donor standards, but also that the organization’s core values of transparency and accountability are upheld. In the event of project modifications, Grants prepare justifications for amendments and negotiate the necessary adjustments with funding partners.

Required skills:
