Accounting, Finance and Audit

The head office team brings together a wide range of technical skills, from cost accounting and financial management to management control, internal audit and accountability.

The field team consists of an administrative and financial coordinator, a financial manager and an auditor. Accountants and administrative assistants support project teams in the implementation of programs, in compliance with the association’s procedures.

Together, they carry out support, training and monitoring missions at head office and in the field. They also identify financing opportunities, changes in donor practices and changes in financial regulations.

Based on the needs of the organization and its missions, the team identifies areas for financial optimization and proposes appropriate strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Based on multi-year financial plans, it aims to guarantee the financial sustainability and good governance of the structure, while maximizing the impact of actions in the field.

The mission of our experts is to promote the principles of transparency, integrity and financial responsibility at Première Urgence Internationale. At headquarters and in the field, they play a key role in managing resources, carrying out audits and producing financial reports, thus contributing to the credibility and sustainability of the organization. By ensuring exemplary financial management, they help the NGO achieve its objectives, whether in support of humanitarian operations, fundraising or advocacy with partners and donors.

Required skills:

Accounting, management and auditing courses

Attention to detail and precision

Previous experience abroad, in developing countries or in the humanitarian sector

Good written communication skills and a taste for teamwork

English / French required. Spanish and Arabic are a plus.
