World Humanitarian Day: 67 humanitarian organisations pay tribute to fallen colleagues

On World Humanitarian Day, Ukrainian and international humanitarian organizations working in Ukraine pay tribute to humanitarian workers and volunteers who have lost their lives while
providing life-saving emergency assistance to civilians. They remain committed to keep helping those in need.

Lebanon: Humanitarians are not a target

On this World Humanitarian Day, the Première Urgence Internationale staff here in Lebanon is standing in solidarity with all civilian populations affected by conflict. This includes all men, women and children, as well as our colleagues from UN agencies, the Red Cross and Red Crescent, and NGO workers who have been injured or lost their lives.

Cameroon: diseases are declining

In November 2022, a number of villages in the Logone-et-Chari department in the Extreme North of Cameroon were continuously attacked by non-governmental armed groups. These incursions have led to the displacement of populations to neighbouring districts, with consequences for the health of all.
