At Première Urgence Internationale, the human resources professions are essential for recruiting and supporting our teams at head office and in the field. At head office, our recruitment and mobility officers, specialized by field, ensure targeted, harmonized recruitment to meet the specific needs of our missions.
We facilitate our employees’ professional development by offering opportunities for job transition and skills development. Our ongoing training programs, accessible via our learning platform, are designed to guarantee continuous skills upgrading. HR Representatives, assigned by geographical area, oversee human resources practices, ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a direct link with teams in the field. Our teams also ensure compliance and follow-up by ensuring the dissemination of best practices, monitoring risks, and actively participating in Première Urgence Internationale’s HR projects. The Homère and Timesheet deployment team provides crucial technical support for payroll and timesheet management, meeting the requirements of our lessors.
HR professionals in the field, under the supervision of the Heads of Mission, are responsible for updating HR policy to ensure compliance with local legislation. They manage national human resources, covering the entire management cycle from hiring to training. They develop capacity-building strategies, optimize human resources, analyze risks, and support the administrative management of expatriates. Thanks to these skills, Première Urgence Internationale ensures the smooth running of its missions and reinforces its humanitarian impact.
