Programs

Programmatic positions at Première Urgence Internationale are essential to guarantee the relevance and effectiveness of interventions in the field. These profiles are responsible for designing, planning, implementing and evaluating humanitarian programs in response to the needs of vulnerable populations.

The head office team is made up of specialists in various fields: project coordination, program management, donor relations and so on. These experts work closely with the teams in the field to ensure that each program is aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities and donor expectations.

In the field, program coordinators and project managers work on the front line to adapt interventions to local contexts. They play a key role in the day-to-day management of activities, community mobilization and local capacity building.

The program team also ensures compliance with international humanitarian aid standards, making a point of integrating participatory and inclusive approaches into all project phases. Based on an in-depth analysis of local contexts and crisis dynamics, it develops interventions that respond to urgent needs while aiming for a durable impact.

These profiles ensure coordination with other departments, guarantee program quality in collaboration with our technical experts, and collaborate with the Logistics, Finance and HR departments to provide operations support.
